RustyFields Server bans may be appealed in the Player Ban Appeal section on our website. If you received an EAC Game ban this cannot be appealed and is handled by the game itself. A EAC ban can be appealed on the EAC website and admins here cannot assist you with this ban appeal.

Have you been permanently muted on RustyFields Servers but want one final chance to speak up? Purchase this package to unmute yourself on all RustyFields game servers. This package may only be purchased once. If you violate the rules again after buying it, your mute will be permanently reinstated with no chance of appeal.
Any staff member who has the Admin Role attached to there name do not play on our servers. We do have other staff members that contribute via other ways in the community that are not active admins. These staff members are allowed to actively play in our games as they have no admin rights or responsibilities.
We hold our administrative team to the highest level of responsibility. We keep extensive logs on all team members and if you feel there may be any issues please e-mail the owner directly twisted@rustyfields.com
Every player report requires a fair Investigation. The investigation can be in the form of spectating players and/or making use of other tools available at our disposal. Our admins work as quickly as possible to gather this information and we ask that you remain patient with us when making a report until you receive an outcome.
Admins will not spawn in or retrieve any items lost for any reason.
No, we do not give back items, there is no exact way for us to know the items that you lost. Even if you have a clip, we will not refund these items, as it is not something we can guarantee to everyone
