Rust Servers
If your Rust+ isn't working head to your Rust app settings, scroll down to the 'Version' section, and check for any available updates. If there’s an update, install it, then give it another try.
Rust is an ever-changing and expanding game that requires a monthly force wipe.
These wipes are typically the first Thursday (EST) of every Month at the following timezone times.
11:00 AM PST - US Pacific Time
2:00 PM EST - US Eastern Time
1:00 PM CST - US Central Time
6:00 AM AEST/AEDT - AU Australia Time
If this were to change so too would our wipe schedule as it's in line with that of official game wipes.
The monthly map votes are made available in the discord 8 hours before the monthly wipe scheduled time.
This will give players plenty of time to scout out the best base locations on the map that has been voted in by the players for the wipe.
Each Rust server completes a daily reboots at the following EST times.
US Solo X2 - 01:50 AM EST
US Main X2 - 02:50 AM EST
US Prim X2 - 02:20 AM EST
US Prem X2 - 03:00 AM EST
The reboot takes approximately 10 minutes per server to complete.
Blueprints do not wipe on any of our servers, except for the Primitive server this server bp wipes monthly.

We have implemented a VPN/proxy blocking service to help further improve the quality of life for our players. We understand that connecting via a VPN or proxy service is necessary for some players and we can whitelist ip addresses for players which is approved on a case by case basis.
If you are behind a vpn and/or proxy and need to request a whitelisting an ip address. Please create a ticket on the website at the following link. Request IP Address Whitelist
If you loose your loot because of [hacker/server restart/crash], you cannot get it back.
It sucks to lose your loot and we understand your frustration. However, we do not interfere with gameplay and cannot return your loot.

Look at the sign where you wish to display an image. In game chat, type /sil <url> (where the URL is a direct link to the image file). . You can view the command on the server by typing /sil in chat if you have the permissions in game to use.
Sleepers are automatically killed after 20 minutes inside a safe zone (Outpost, Ranch, Barn, and Fishing Village).
This is an intended part of the game itself -- not a server modification. If you log out in a safe zone, you have to reconnect within that timeframe to move out of there. If you log out in a loot room, you are automatically killed when the loot respawns.
The only safe place to log out is inside your own secured base!
Unfortunately, Rust is not a live state game. Player progression is saved back to the server storage every 60 seconds. Sometimes in rare cases if the game server crashes, there can be a roll back to the last verified save state.
While this is not ideal, it is however a part of understanding that hiccups can occur from time to time and if a roll back occurs it is important to know that Items will not be given back to players in the event of a server crash and/or rollback.
